Taco Bell at 117 West Avenue, Elyria, Ohio.

This place is a joke for a taco Bell. I have gone there and been made to play a guessing game as to what I could actually order. How does taco bell run out of meat? And then give someone attitude followed by laughing in said person's face. You can often hear swearing when you are sitting at the window. I just don't understand why this establishment is the way it is but I will not be recommending this place to anyone.
